Masterplan

ZUG Central is a residential masterplan in Pilar composed of multifamily housing at different scales, organized around a large public linear park that becomes the project’s main shared expansion. Vehicular circulation is kept to the perimeter, prioritizing a calm, walkable interior.

Ecoparque Buenos Aires is the transformation of the former city zoo—today a National Historic Monument—into a contemporary public park. The project reactivates historic pavilions and promenades through new programs, restoring heritage while opening the site to a new civic life.
