La Dolfina Masterplan
A residential masterplan within the La Dolfina polo club in Cañuelas, combining premium lots—some with private polo fields and stables—with a second product line of pre-designed homes. The plan is structured around open landscape and the club’s equestrian identity.
Located in Cañuelas, within the home of La Dolfina, this masterplan expands a legendary polo setting into a carefully structured residential landscape. The project proposes a portfolio of lots with distinct levels of exclusivity: large estates—some capable of hosting private polo fields and dedicated stables—and a complementary set of parcels supported by pre-designed homes, ensuring consistency, quality, and faster delivery.
The masterplan is organized to protect long views, preserve the openness of the polo environment, and create a coherent hierarchy of paths, green buffers, and shared edges. Landscape becomes the unifying element, reinforcing privacy while maintaining the club’s expansive character. The result is a residential district rooted in equestrian culture—where architecture, land, and sport form a single identity, scalable from turnkey homes to full polo estates.
