Zug Central

ZUG Central is a residential masterplan in Pilar composed of multifamily housing at different scales, organized around a large public linear park that becomes the project’s main shared expansion. Vehicular circulation is kept to the perimeter, prioritizing a calm, walkable interior.

Located in a vibrant and high-potential area of Pilar, ZUG Central is conceived as a contemporary residential district structured by a public linear park that runs through the heart of the project. The masterplan brings together multifamily housing in different scales—creating variety in density and lifestyle options—while maintaining a clear, unified framework.

The linear park operates as the main collective space: a continuous landscape corridor that connects buildings, amenities, and everyday life, offering recreation, shade, and identity for the entire development. To protect this central green spine, vehicular traffic is organized along the perimeter, keeping the interior pedestrian-focused and low-speed. The result is a coherent, walkable community where public landscape leads the spatial experience and supports long-term value.
