La Ribera
A residential waterfront masterplan in Nueva Asunción with multiple living typologies—plots, paired houses, multifamily buildings, and residential towers—organized around lagoons, a social & sports clubhouse, and a helipad, all framed by panoramic views to Asunción across the Paraguay River.
La Ribera is a large-scale residential masterplan in Nueva Asunción designed as a water-driven community, where every lot faces lagoons or reflective water bodies. The plan combines a diverse portfolio of residential products—landed plots, paired houses, multifamily housing, and residential towers—within a clear framework of walkable streets, landscape corridors, and amenity nodes.
A central social and sports clubhouse anchors community life, while the helipad supports high-end connectivity and operational flexibility. The masterplan leverages its unique position on the Paraguay River, capturing expansive views toward the Asunción skyline and turning the waterfront condition into identity, orientation, and daily experience. The result is a coherent residential district that balances privacy and openness, variety and unity, with water and landscape as its defining structure.
