Alpa Corral Masterplan

A residential masterplan in Alpa Corral, set on the Córdoba sierras and a river edge. The project is designed to protect the landscape and strengthen the relationship between homes, water, and native vegetation.

Located in Alpa Corral, in the heart of the Córdoba sierras, this project is conceived as a low-impact residential landscape shaped by two defining conditions: the mountain terrain and the riverfront edge. The masterplan organizes development to preserve natural slopes, protect view corridors, and maintain continuous green areas, while creating a clear network of paths and calm internal streets that connect the neighborhoods to the water.

The river edge becomes a shared asset—treated as a protected landscape corridor with carefully designed access points, promenades, and open spaces that encourage recreation without compromising the ecosystem. Residential typologies are adapted to topography and orientation, balancing privacy with openness and outdoor living. The result is a community anchored in place—integrated with the sierras, the river, and the rhythms of the natural environment.
