Torres del Lago

Set on a privileged lakeside site in Ciudad del Este, this project is conceived as an iconic residential address overlooking Lago de la República. The proposal comprises three residential towers strategically positioned to capture panoramic water views while responding to the site’s morphology and orientation.

The towers adopt an organic geometry that adapts to the terrain and softens the overall massing, creating a distinctive footprint and a recognizable identity on the skyline. Beyond form, the approach supports better daylight, cross-ventilation, and varied apartment layouts aligned with views and privacy.

Amenities are distributed across different levels—at the ground, mid-height terraces, and elevated shared spaces—building a layered lifestyle experience that connects residents to landscape, lake, and city. The result is a refined, contemporary ensemble: elegant in expression, strong in presence, and designed to become a new reference for Ciudad del Este.
