Torre BNB

A new headquarters tower for Banco BNB in Equipetrol, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, conceived as a sober and elegant landmark next to Manzana 40. The project is anchored by a public ground-floor plaza that hosts the bank’s public services and becomes a civic meeting place.

Located in the financial district of Equipetrol and adjacent to the successful Manzana 40 complex, the BNB Tower is designed as a refined, understated urban landmark for Banco BNB. The architecture emphasizes clarity and proportion—an elegant, sober vertical presence that fits the district’s contemporary character while projecting institutional identity.

At street level, the project opens itself to the city through a generous public plaza. This ground-floor civic space concentrates the bank’s public-facing functions—customer service, reception, and daily transactions—within a transparent and accessible environment. The plaza is conceived as more than an entrance: it is a meeting place that activates the corner, creates shade and comfort, and builds a strong relationship between the institution and the public realm. The result is a tower defined by presence and restraint above, and openness and community life at its base.
