Distrito M
Distrito M is a residential tower ensemble in Malvín, Montevideo, conceived as a new urban landmark with shared green space, clear circulation, and apartments designed for light, views, and daily comfort.
Set in Malvín—one of Montevideo’s most established residential neighborhoods—Distrito M is a group of towers planned as a cohesive urban piece rather than isolated buildings. The masterplan defines a clear base level with pedestrian-first access, landscaped open areas, and shared amenities that create community while preserving privacy for each residence.
The towers are positioned to optimize orientation, natural light, cross-ventilation, and long views, while controlling overlooking between units. A rational structural grid and efficient cores support flexible apartment layouts and future adaptability. The architectural language is clean and contemporary, with a focus on buildability, long-term maintenance, and a strong identity that fits Malvín’s scale—adding density with order, landscape, and calm.
