Ramada Chacoi
A proposal for a new hotel in Chacoí, set in a fast-growing district. The project is organized around a planted courtyard that moderates temperature and creates a high-quality spatial experience, with the hotel and convention center structured around this central green core.
Designed for a zone of constant growth in Chacoí, this proposal conceives the hotel as a calm, climate-intelligent destination anchored by a generous vegetated courtyard. The courtyard operates as the project’s environmental regulator—supporting shade, evapotranspiration, and air movement—while also becoming the main spatial identity of the building.
The hotel program is arranged to face the courtyard, ensuring natural light, orientation, and a consistent relationship to greenery across rooms and public areas. A convention center is integrated as a key component of the development, positioned in direct connection with the courtyard to allow events to expand outward into a protected, landscaped public interior. The result is a contemporary hospitality complex where performance and atmosphere align—comfort driven by nature, and architecture defined by a clear, memorable central space.
