LRB - Casa 06
A spacious lagoon-front residence for La Ribera, planned across two lots. Quietly refined, the house combines travertine stone and light timber with generous terraces and a soft green edge that keeps water and landscape always in view.
House Prototype 06 is a larger lagoon-front home within the La Ribera masterplan, developed across two joined lots to achieve broader frontage, deeper outdoor areas, and a more expansive sense of scale. The architecture is restrained and contemporary, focused on proportion and craft rather than gesture, with travertine and light wood as the dominant materials—bringing warmth, texture, and a timeless character.
Living spaces are oriented to the lagoon and unfold toward wide terraces and shaded outdoor rooms that blur the line between inside and out. A layered landscape strategy strengthens privacy and comfort while preserving long, open views to the water. Throughout the house, the experience is defined by the constant presence of greenery and the lagoon—an atmosphere of calm, light, and understated elegance.
