LRB - Casa 03
A larger lagoon-front residence designed for La Ribera, occupying two lots. Elegant and understated, the house is defined by travertine stone and light wood, opening to the water through generous terraces and a layered green edge.
House Prototype 03 is conceived as a more expansive lagoon-front home within the La Ribera masterplan, occupying two combined lots to create wider proportions, deeper gardens, and a stronger relationship with the landscape. The architecture is intentionally elegant and sober, built around calm lines and precise detailing, with a material palette dominated by travertine stone and light wood—warm, timeless, and durable.
The plan organizes indoor and outdoor life around the lagoon: primary living spaces open to broad terraces and shaded galleries that frame long views and extend daily use to the water’s edge. A dense, layered planting strategy shapes privacy and microclimate while maintaining openness toward the lagoon, allowing greenery and water to remain constantly present throughout the house. The result is a quiet, refined residence where stone, wood, water, and landscape form a single continuous experience.
