LRB - Casa 02

A lagoon-front home prototype for the La Ribera masterplan, organized around planted courtyards and shaded outdoor rooms. The architecture opens directly to the water, blending landscape, terraces, and daily life at the lagoon’s edge.

This second pre-designed house for La Ribera is conceived as a lagoon-front residence, where the water becomes the project’s main horizon and the anchor of outdoor life. The plan is organized around a sequence of planted patios and garden edges that structure circulation, bring natural light deep inside, and create privacy through a dense, frondose landscape layer.

Toward the lagoon, living areas expand into terraces and shaded galleries that frame long views and enable a seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle. The landscape strategy is designed to merge with the waterline—integrating decks, pergolas, and potential pool or water elements into a continuous environment that feels both protected and open. The result is a calm, grounded house where architecture, greenery, and the lagoon operate as one unified setting.
