La Ribera Towers

A set of four residential towers within the La Ribera masterplan in Nueva Asunción. The project defines a clear skyline while prioritizing views, shade, and a strong connection to landscape and waterfront public space.

Designed as a key residential component of the La Ribera masterplan in Nueva Asunción, this ensemble of four towers balances density with openness, creating a new address anchored by landscape and the riverfront setting. The towers are strategically placed to protect view corridors, reduce overlooking, and maximize natural light and ventilation—critical for comfort in a warm climate.

At ground level, a continuous public realm connects lobbies, amenities, and shaded outdoor areas, reinforcing walkability and community life while maintaining privacy for residents. Efficient cores and rational floorplates support flexible unit mixes, from compact apartments to larger corner residences. The architectural expression is intentionally clean and timeless, with façade strategies focused on solar control, depth, and durability—delivering long-term value and a strong identity within the broader urban vision of La Ribera.
