Grupo M Headquarters

An office development in Santa Cruz formed by two contemporary volumes, separated by a public passage that connects the site to the city. The project combines efficient workplaces with an active ground-level urban experience.

This project for Grupo MS is conceived as a paired office complex composed of two distinct volumes that define a new urban edge while leaving a generous public passage between them. The passage operates as an open-air connector and meeting space—bringing permeability, shade, and daily activity into the heart of the site, and strengthening the relationship between the buildings and the surrounding streets.

The office floors are organized for flexibility and efficiency, with clear cores and adaptable layouts that support different tenant needs over time. A contemporary, restrained architectural language—clean lines, durable materials, and precise details—gives the ensemble a strong identity while maintaining a calm, professional presence. The result is a workplace destination that performs as architecture and as urban space at the same time.
