Estadio Olimpia

The new Olimpia Club Stadium, "Estadio Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb" in Asunción is conceived as a 45,000+ seat venue that elevates the matchday experience through clear circulation, strong identity, and FIFA-ready performance.

Designed for Club Olimpia in Asunción, the Estadio Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb is a complete transformation of a historic site into a contemporary, large-capacity stadium—targeting around 46,000 spectators—and developed to meet the requirements of hosting a 2030 FIFA World Cup centenary opening match in South America.

The proposal focuses on what matters most on event day: intuitive access, safe and efficient crowd flow, and consistent sightlines. A new upper tier and end-stand expansions increase capacity, while a continuous roof improves comfort and atmosphere across all stands.

Beyond the bowl, the stadium integrates hospitality and club life—suites, VIP areas, food courts, fan zones, and a club museum—building a venue that works as both a landmark and a year-round destination.
