El Paraiso Masterplan V2

A residential ensemble set within an old quinta in Benavídez, with freestanding buildings placed between mature trees. The project integrates architecture and landscape through a clear, modular system and a palette of noble, durable materials.

Located in Benavídez, this project transforms an existing quinta landscape into a calm residential environment where buildings are treated as objects in a garden. A series of separate residential blocks are carefully positioned among mature trees, preserving the site’s character and allowing greenery to remain the dominant presence.

The architecture is intentionally clear and restrained—organized through a modulated system that brings order, efficiency, and flexibility to the layouts. Noble materials—selected for texture, permanence, and low maintenance—reinforce a quiet, contemporary identity that does not compete with the landscape. The result is a residential development defined by light, trees, and space: precise architecture integrated into the memory and atmosphere of the quinta.
