Located on one of Punta del Este’s most recognizable oceanfront parcels, the Tío Tom Masterplan transforms a historic site into a contemporary coastal community. The proposal introduces a collection of new multifamily residences carefully positioned to preserve sea views, protect privacy, and maintain a low profile against the landscape.

A clear internal structure organizes access, parking, and pedestrian paths, prioritizing walkability and a calm arrival sequence. The clubhouse acts as the social anchor—pool, wellness, shared amenities, and outdoor terraces—designed to extend daily life toward the dunes and the horizon. Materiality and scale are kept restrained, with architecture that blends into the coastal setting while delivering a premium, timeless residential experience.
