Casa Pacheco Golf

A 600 m² private home in Pacheco Golf conceived as a set of interconnected volumes, each tailored to a specific family function. The house is organized around a central pool and a gallery/pergola, with a rationalist language and a palette of natural materials.

Located in the Pacheco Golf private neighborhood in Buenos Aires, this 600 m² residence is designed as a composition of distinct yet connected volumes—allowing the home to separate functions clearly while maintaining a cohesive everyday flow. Social areas, private rooms, and service spaces are arranged to support family routines and flexibility over time.

The project’s heart is the outdoor core: a central swimming pool and a generous gallery/pergola that stitches the volumes together, creating shade, transition, and a continuous indoor–outdoor lifestyle. The architecture adopts a rationalist approach—simple geometries, precise proportions, and efficient circulation—paired with natural materials that bring warmth and permanence. The result is a calm, robust family house where structure, landscape, and daily life align.
