A 3,000 m² lagoonfront residence in Pride Canning, spanning three prime frontage lots on the central lagoon. The house is composed of distinct volumes—each with a clear role for hosting—defined by simple lines, noble materials, and a powerful presence through scale rather than form.
Set on the edge of Pride Canning’s central lagoon, this 3,000 m² home occupies three combined lots to create an exceptional frontage and an expansive relationship with water and landscape. The project is organized as a collection of separate volumes, each serving a specific purpose—formal entertaining, family life, guest accommodation, wellness, and service—reflecting the owner’s strong hosting culture while keeping the day-to-day experience ordered and calm.
The architecture is intentionally direct: simple geometries, clear proportions, and a refined palette of noble materials—stone, wood, and high-quality finishes—chosen for sophistication and permanence. Outdoor rooms, terraces, and shaded galleries stitch the volumes together and open fully to the lagoon, framing long views and enabling large gatherings without losing privacy or comfort. The result is a residence with real presence—strong in scale, quiet in form, and defined by elegance, clarity, and the constant horizon of water.
